The Role:
A fantastic opportunity to join a hugely successful and innovative organisation based in Bristol. We are looking for a number of Graduate Recruitment Consultants and you will be given a full structured training programme over a number of months to train you on the full lifecycle of recruitment and the sales process. We will offer a competitive salary, a market leading and uncapped commission plan and a range of company incentives for top performers. We are looking for a self-starting Graduate who is looking for a fantastic opportunity to start their sales career in a rewarding and worthwhile entrepreneurial environment. In return we offer salaries up to £25,000 with an uncapped commission plan with no threshold. Top performers will also be rewarded with Directors Club trips to New York, Dubai and Skiing, Lunch Clubs, Weekly Personal Training Sessions at Nuffield Health over and above your commission plan.
