Entry requirements...
You must have a 2:2 degree (or higher) in any discipline and be able to:

We are made up of six distinct divisions all with independent, yet interlinked objectives. Over the course of your two-year scheme you'll get the chance to experience all areas of the CEM&C directorate before specialising in an area which suits your skills and ambitions.
Most divisions will have more than one placement opportunity, allowing you to specialise and understand the business from different perspectives.
