You may not have considered recruitment as a career option, but it is one of the fastest growing industries, trebling in size since 2012. Due to expansion, we are now looking for ambitious, hard working trainee consultants to join our successful team.
You will start as a Resourcer, matching candidates to vacancies, conducting initial screening interviews and learning to manage the interview process. Under guidance of a Managing Consultant and our dedicated in-house coach, you will progress to Consultant level, learning business development and taking on the sales side of the role to build your own client base.
