This award winning recruitment firm is currently looking for motivated graduates to join their team. They have been recruiting into brands such as, Ted Baker, Tesco and The Body Shop since 2000 and have enjoyed year-on-year growth since then.
This Recruitment consultancy specialises in placing Web, Graphic and Digital Designers into permanent and contract positions within Marketing, Advertising and Branding.
- £20K basic which leaps to £22.5K upon successful completion of the Training Academy, and rises again to £25K once 6 month probation is passed.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially-aware graduate, with a genuine interest in the creative sector. The role will include:
- A supportive 13 week training academy that will culminate in you being a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant.
- During the training academy you are trained by a recruiter with over seven years' experience in a group and one-to-one basis. He will mentor and encourage you throughout the academy and throughout the rest of your development within the company.
- Vast amount of face-to-face contact with clients and candidates. In this role you are encouraged to meet as many clients and candidates as possible.
- Talking through a candidate's portfolio and the way that they go about their work.
- Speaking with potential candidates in the market place, gathering market intelligence, introducing them to your clients and developing rapport.
Essential skills:
- Commercially aware and educated to degree level.
- An interest in the creative sector.
- Extremely driven and able to digest large amounts of information.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
