A fund-backed, ambitious start-up who make selling and buying homes better, through use of their technology platform. They are a 'disruptive technology' firm who are looking to shake up the property industry by cutting out the middleman. They have an amazing team and group of advisors including former Google, Facebook, Youtube and Paypal professionals.
Their vision is to dominate the online property sales sector through offering the best customer service. They have an average review score of 9.6 out of 10 on TrustPilot.
They are at that exciting stage where they are ready to take things to the next level and looking to grow their amazing customer service and sales team.
This is a role with a lot of variety. Most of the work will be looking after existing clients to make sure that they have the best customer service, offering end-to-end support to vendors and buyers of property. Some of the role will be selling ancillary services (surveying, conveyancing) to vendors and there is also scope to create your own projects as the company grows.
This role has three main focuses:
1) Make customers the happiest (yes, you've heard from a 100 companies who claim the same but they are OBSESSED with this)
2) Be yourself, don't be stuffy - they need people who can have a laugh and surprise and delight customers
3) Be a slick operator - always think about how you, your team can improve the things you do, drive change and motivate others around you
The salary is £20-24K and includes longer term share options.

- Someone who loves talking to and helping people
- An optimist with a warm, positive attitude always willing to go the extra mile
- A natural passion for customer service and delivering excellence
- Self-starter with initiative
- Team-oriented, collaborative approach but willing and able to take overall responsibility for deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to see opportunities for upsales and sell in a consultative manner (i.e. don't be pushy)
- Degree educated
- Sales and customer service work experience preferred
