Tax and Finance Group is a leading provider of international tax consultancy and trust services to corporate groups, businesses, entrepreneurs, expatriates, private individuals and families.
Responsibilities will include:
Management of existing client structures including trusts and corporate entities
Opening and managing client bank accounts, performing any required money transfers, payments and related transactions in a number of currencies
Company secretarial work; upkeep of statutory files
Family office services
Composition of legal documents and letters relating to client transactions
Bookkeeping duties
Maintain a good working relationship with the other global offices, ensuring that open communication is kept at all times and that information is shared
Communicating with external parties in order to source the required information. Regular contact with banks, solicitors, agents
Supporting the Senior Manager andor Board Member in a range of duties, as requested on a day to day basis

Work experience in an international environment
Private services background, used to dealing with HNWI's
Excellent written and spoke English
Fluent in at least one other European language; fluent Portuguese a strong advantage
Excellent MS Office skills to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Good typing - accuracy and speed
Understanding of local and international regulatory framework
Ability to maintain client confidentiality - handling very sensitive information
Ability to multi-task and prioritise a high volume of work (working for 3 people, each with their own set of clients with several different entitles)
Very strong organisational and administration skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work to extremely tight deadlines
Adaptable, with the ability to manage the different needs and personalities of the clients
Problem solving mentality, with confidence to ask question
Independent, ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to take ownership of issues
Strong, assertive personality; able to speak up and raise issues
Ability to remain firm yet polite and professional when dealing with difficult client related issues

A degree in Economics, Finance, Law or professional equivalent desirable
Experience as a Team Coordinator desirable
