We are currently seeking 5 graduates to join our exciting new 2 year scheme which will commence in October 2013.

Southern Water treats and supplies 577 million litres of water to more than two million people whilst maintaining 13,500 kilometres of water mains and 39,000 kilometres of sewers across an area that extends from East Kent, through parts of Sussex, to Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Initially, you will be part of our busy Operations team working alongside dedicated and experienced professionals. We will support you every step of the way, giving you the insight and experience to deliver to challenging and ambitious business plans.

In addition, on the job training will enhance your skills, combined with our in-house training programme "leaders for tomorrow" which will ensure you are given the right tools to do the job. You will also have a dedicated and experienced mentor to offer advice and guidance throughout the entire 2 years

To be considered you must be able to offer the following:

• A 2:1 honours degree (or looking to achieve) - ideally in business or management
• Experience of working or being part of a large fast paced environment
• Have a keen interest in learning new skills to develop solutions
• A flexible attitude to working patterns
• Have the right to work in the UK
• A current and clean drivers licence
• Able to commit yourself to working with Southern Water for the complete two year programme
