What Will You Be Doing?

World-class Technical Training: We offer a free (unpaid) 12–16-week intensive programme covering software and data engineering: from JavaScript, SQL and Python to industry best practices (OOP, TDD and Agile). This structured training programme mirrors how a real-life team environment would be in the workplace, while allowing for enough flexible learning that you can do at your own pace and convenience.

The Role: After completion of our training, we aim to place you with one of our clients in a technology role based on your skills and interests and employ you for 2 years  with a starting salary of more than £30K per year in Year 1 with an increase in Year 2 . If any trainee does not get selected by our clients, we work with the trainee on a 1-on-1 basis to help secure a job with a technology company that is outside our client base but on a similar starting salary.

The Future: At the end of the 2 years, we will support you fully in achieving the best possible next step in your career. This could involve working full-time for the client or perhaps you will continue as a Sigma Labs consultant working with other clients of ours, or you can work elsewhere if you prefer.

Location?

The training is largely remote, but we will bring you to our central London office for a few days during the first week of the training program. All of our clients are London based and therefore our consultants will have to move to London once placed with a client.
