What type of things will I be working on?

On this 2.5-year graduate scheme, starting September 2024 you will undergo 5, 6-month rotations, working closely with our design, procurements, engineering and operations teams. This includes:

• Design for manufacture
• Commodity manufacturing and inspection methods
• Management systems
• Product assurance and control
• External supply chain processes
• A wide variety of proactive projects.

Where will I be working?

This role is based out of one of our Miskin site in South Wales as well as potentially short trips to our sites in Gloucestershire. As Renishaw sites are based in semi-rural locations, applicants must have their own form of transport or be willing to relocate to the local area.

What do I need and how do I apply?

We’re looking for passionate graduates expecting a 2:2 or above (or equivalent) in a technical or management field degree such as Design, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations, Project Management and Business.

Training and development is excellent so candidates with no experience but a keen interest in engineering will be strongly considered.
