About the programme:
A challenging tailored 18-month rotational Top Talent development programme, with three 5 month assignments throughout Mercedes-Benz (Milton Keynes, London, Manchester or Birmingham) designed to give you exposure to different areas of our business i.e. sales, marketing, customer service, retail and financial services. The programme also includes:
A compulsory overseas 3-month assignment in Stuttgart
Training modules in international locations
An assigned mentor for the duration of the programme
Personal development opportunities ensuring you hit your long term career goals
There are three placement types on offer: Human Resources, Finance and Business Operations

At the end of the programme candidates will be placed within a suitable position within the business.
About you:
We're looking for motivated, innovative, creative and commercially aware graduates. You'll need to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal skills, drive, commitment and determination in this fast-paced and exciting business along with some relevant work experience. You will need:
A 2:1 degree or above;
Human Resources (any degree discipline considered, but HR related preferred)
Finance (any degree discipline considered, but Finance related preferred)
Business Operations (any degree discipline considered, but retail or business preferred)
280 UCAS points

Business Operations (any degree discipline considered, but retail or business preferred)
Language abilities are an advantage, particularly German, but not necessary (also, experience of having lived andor worked internationally)
