Are you one of life's leaders? Could you use your expertise to add value to a growing business working with some of the world's most famous brands? You could be the next brilliant member of our team.
Interactive Workshops (IW) is a fast-paced, rapidly growing L&D agency based in West London, partnering with a global client base that includes Airbus, BBC, Red Bull, Samsung, and Siemens. We do everything in the 'people' space of our clients, from one-to-one coaching, team events, sales training programmes, and soft skills training all the way up to multi-year senior leadership development programmes.
Who we're looking for
The right candidate will be sharp, energetic and intriguing. They'll like the idea of selling big projects and then figuring out how to fulfil what they've promised. They have all of the normal skills that you would expect to need in a job and are so smart they don't need them listed here. Not only that, but they have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and can light up a room with energy and presence.
In this role the successful candidates will from day one - get access directly to project work, client calls and meetings, virtual and face-to-face workshops, and learn how to do the job by doing the job. (No graduates stuck making teas and coffee here...)
If they push themselves forward like some of our previous graduates... they could find themself with a full consultant role (and package) within 18 months...
The role would be ideal for a recent graduate with a Business, Psychology, Philosophy or Languages degree (or similar). Whilst we don't believe in "managers", successful candidates will get all the support they need to smash it.
What we can offer you
- A design-led workspace bursting with creativity
- Professional coaching and informal buddy system
- Company laptop and all the gear they need to ace the job
- Course costs covered for learning or developing relevant skills
- Regular socials (a BrewDog bar and Puttshack Westfield are on our doorstep)
- Invite to the company ski-trip this December
