This is an exciting opportunity to join a provider of specialist information in the form of consulting, reports and events for the emissions control, fertilizer and wire and cable industries. They are a fast growing company and have clients all over the world. In this role you will maximize revenue potential to their subscription products and reports, including sponsorship packages to their Locator websites. Working across a number of industries, you will be responsible for selling, primarily via the telephone, to senior decision makers in companies across the globe.
Monthly commission is payable on all sales, this commission increases per sale once revenues have reached product targets.
Key responsibilities will be:
• Develop, through a consultative sales approach, relationships with business customers
• Achievement of personal targets and contribution to team targets
• Proactively contact sales leads provided by marketing campaigns, as well as sourcing your own leads to then build and maintain relationships with these prospective customers
• Effectively pitch and ensure demonstrations are given in order to maximize revenue opportunities
• Providing effective feedback and results from leads generated and relay to industry heads
• Obtain and record feedback from customers and prospects regarding pricing, customer attitudes and needs, product issues, and competitor activity
• Maintain, complete and accurately record all customer contact information on the company CRM.
• Efficient management of all leads and call-backs via the CRM
• Develop and deliver informative sales presentations based on customer needs online (or face to face as and when required)
• Where relevant, planning for appropriate attendance at exhibitions, conferences and other industry events where opportunities exist to sell the product.
• Liaise with customer service staff to help make sure your particular orders are fulfilled correctly and any client queries are responded to.
