Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Company:

A niche recruitment consulting firm, with specialist teams in procurement and supply chain industries. Since their inception in 2006, they have grown year-on-year.

They have massive growth plans for the future and are looking to hire multiple graduates to join them.

The Role:

As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will join either their specialist procurement or supply chain management teams, working with experienced recruiters, managers and directors.

• Researching, identifying, attracting, screening, selecting and shortlisting candidates
• Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
• Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets
• Utilising searches, calling, networking, LinkedIn
• Using an internal CRM database

Requirements:

• Strong and confident communication skills
• An ambitious, professional person with a track record of working hard

• Committed: it does take a while to be successful so commitment and dedication are essential
• Desirable if you had worked towards targets (this can be in any sales, customer service or previous recruitment role).
