GRB are working with a leading recruitment consultancy that are looking to hire their next cohort of ambitious graduates for their HQ in Leeds for July and September start dates.
Working across the US, Asia, and the EU, they headhunt senior candidates (think £80K+ salaries) across multiple industries such as life science, robotics, energy, tech, real estate, investments and more! Their aim is to grow further in these international markets by developing graduates into specialist consultants, opening more international offices, and promoting internally.
Graduates will join straight into one of the existing team across one of their 3 divisions and will undergo a 3-month intensive training course.
You Will Learn:
- Business development and market research
- Headhunting - finding, screening and qualifying prospective candidates and creating a talent network
- Advertising
- Interview process management

You Will Need:
- Degree-level education, graduating in the last couple of years
- Desire to work in a sales environment, with targets, commission etc
- B2B, client-ready, confident communication skills
- Ideally an interest in their markets
