As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained in how to manage the full 360° recruitment process, including:

• Building long-term relationships with clients in your sector

• Identifying, engaging and placing top-tier talent into specialist roles

• Managing interviews, offers and salary negotiations

• Developing detailed market knowledge and becoming an industry expert

• Working towards clear, achievable targets with a strong support structure

You’ll be trained directly by the founder, learning how to deliver high-value recruitment services in a relationship-driven, consultative style. The goal is not just to make placements - it’s to build a career as a specialist in a technically rich, future-proof sector.
