My client is an international executive search firm operating out of offices in London, Brighton, New York and Singapore. Founded in 2008 and boasting an impressive track record to date, they specialise in identifying executive talent for mandates within commodity and energy based trading across the globe, with recent placements in the UK, Western Europe and Asia.
I am looking to speak to a number of 2015 graduates who are interested in starting a headhunting career this summer in Brighton.

Responsibilities:
- Market mapping; creating your own network of candidates using key search techniques. Using creative approaches to map markets and provide clients with complete coverage of the market.
- Headhunting; working through recommendations and referrals through your senior network, you will be building relationships with senior individuals on a daily basis
- Research; you will become an expert in your field through detailed research in your specialist area, researching your clients and candidates and keeping up to date with market knowledge
- Interviewing; you will be required to interview candidates, both on the phone and face to face prior to their introductions to your clients. You will also help to guide clients through interviews and prepare both sides accordingly
- Presentation of candidate to client; you will be professionally presenting your candidates to your senior network, exploring opportunities on their behalf and arranging introductions
Requirements:

- 2:1 or equivalent in any discipline from a top university
