A well-known and fast growing leader in trading and financial software. Its software helps its clients increase profits, improve efficiency, reduce cost, provide superior customer service and gain visibility and control.
They are looking to hire a graduate to work for them as a Technical Support Analyst in their Dublin office.
This role is ideally suited to a graduate from a Computer Science background who is keen to work in a customer focused environment rather than becoming a Software Engineer. The role will involve elements of working with code but not in a development sense.
You will be working in a busy team environment resolving customer issues using analytical and coding skills. You will need to be highly motivated, proactive and a keen problem solver!
There is an alternating shift pattern of 8:00-4.30 and 9.30-6.30 in place for this role.

Requirements:
- A customer focus, evidenced by some customer services experience.
- A Computer Science degree, or a degree with a large element of computing to it.
- A good appreciation of a structured programming language such as VB or Java.
- Any understanding of databases is also desirable.
