This firm specialises in developing software, services and solutions relating to document management and workflow solutions. They have a worldwide client base and are well respected within their area of specialism.
This firm is looking for a graduate to join their growing company as a support analyst. You will start off providing 1st line support, and then progressing to 2nd and 3rd line responsibilities as your ability and knowledge does.
This software firm has a large and diverse customer base and as part of the support team you will be responsible for providing excellent support to them when they encounter problems (both user error related and software related).
The team engage with their clients in a dynamic, engaging and professional way, also providing customer training, user acceptance testing assistance along with more general day to day support.
The team get involved in writing database scripts and stored procedures for both SQL and Oracle, working with Windows client server architecture, XMLXSL scripting and also adjusting configuration and applying patches and updates to complex software systems.
Full training will be provided for the right person. The right person will have some technical knowledge gained from degree subject, have great attention to detail, have a hard working mentality and loves solving problems.
You should have a degree in Physics, Maths, Engineering or Computing related subjects.
You will be able to show an aptitude for planning, scripting and testing software solutions, coupled with the desire to learn quickly and the excellent personal skills to succeed in this type of role - maturity, reliability, self-motivation and enthusiasm coupled with great interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
