This innovative search firm are looking for multiple graduates to join their Graduate Programme this August or September. This opportunity is for those with language abilities in Mandarin and/or Cantonese. Following the success of their graduate intake last year, this company are keen to bring on more talented individuals to drive growth forward. Operating in the tax, legal and governance industries, this company has a fantastic reputation and 80% of their work comes from repeat business.
You would join the company as part of the Research Programme, with the title of Researcher. Reporting to the International Tax team, you will embark on a structured training scheme as well as working along side a "Buddy" who will help your growth in the first 12 weeks. You will work in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
Day to day duties:
- Candidate focused research
- Market mapping key organisations
- Attending client and candidate meetings
- Creating documentation for your seniors and assisting with administrative duties
- Getting involved in roundtable discussions and thought sessions
Progression can take two paths, but should you choose to move into a consulting capacity you can expect a promotion to Associate within 3-4 months. This role would allow you further responsibility with the execution of search assignments.
This position offers a £20k base, with discretionary bonus potential. Should you move into Associate, you will see an increase to £25k.

The individuals we are looking for will have the following skills:
- 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent) from a leading university
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (or both)
- Evidence of achievements in an academic or extra curricular capacity
- Exposure to an office, commercial or sales setting would be beneficial
