Graduate Life Skills Director
This is a great opportunity for a graduate who loves working on and delivering engaging presentations and communicating ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating engaging presentations and workshops on a variety of different educational topics, to assist different year groups on specific areas of interest
- Attending schools across the South East and South London to deliver these presentations and workshops, and interacting with students and communicating ideas
- Collecting feedback from staff and students, and writing up reports
- Reaching out to prospective schools via email marketing campaigns to grow the territory

Process
They will be holding an assessment centre on the 15th October 2021. All candidates must be available to attend this date as it will be the only day that they are interviewing before making an offer.
Details of the assessment centre will be given should you be selected for the shortlist - I will be giving candidates a call from next week to discuss the opportunity.
Requirements
- A 2:2 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant degree subject; ideally candidates will have a degree background that has exposed them to giving lots of presentations
- Ideally, candidates will have some transferable experience in a leadership position (either as an extra-curricular or in work experience), running workshops, and creating and delivering presentations
- Confident to lead presentations and strong communication skills
- Due to the high amounts of travel with the role, candidates must have a driver's license and their own car, or have access to one for work
