This is your chance to join their rotational leadership scheme which aims to shape you into a future leader of the company.

Graduate Rotational Leadership Scheme - September Start

This 3-year rotational programme will see you start your graduate career with several other graduates to enable you to forge strong relationships with your peers as you embark on your journey with Bidfood.

• You will undertake a diverse range of rotational placements covering everything from buying, supply chain, finance, B2B sales and operations management, all with a focus on understanding the inner workings of the company to prepare you for your future role.
• Your first year will see you focus on supply chain & buying, before you relocate to Manchester to complete your 2nd year rotating in finance and business to business sales. The third year will see you bring this all together in a diverse and exciting operational placement, focusing on honing your people and project management skills in a busy depot environment. 
• You'll also be getting involved with exciting company-wide projects with a focus on sustainability and ESG.
• As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to be fast-tracked into a management role and have opportunities to explore various parts of the business.
• You'll have access to and support to undertake an exciting range of further qualifications.
• Whilst this scheme will see you based in Slough for year one, you must be up for regular travel across the country. Year two will see you relocate to Manchester (Bidfood offer a generous relocation support package to take the stress away from you).

Requirements:

• Degree level educated in any subject at 2:1 or above (or equivalent).
• Proven leadership abilities through extra-curricular activities, sports, work experience etc.
• Full driving license (or working towards to be secured before the scheme starts).
• You must be available to attend an in-person assessment centre on either the 14th of March in Liverpool or the 20th March in Slough (expenses will be covered).
