These range from B&Bs and small hotels, to shepherd's huts and windmills! The software allows clients to manage calendars, take payments and advertise on multiple external booking sites at the touch of a button. They have a large, growing, global client base of over 18,000 and had a turnover of £25 million in 2017.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service team and provide support and advice to thousands of quirky clients across the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Advise customers on how to make the best use of the software and resolve any technical issues.
- Handle general business enquiries.
- Liaise with major online travel agencies.
- Provide screen share sessions to help troubleshoot more complex issues.
- Offer support over the phone, as well as via live chat or web portal.
Essential Skills
- Degree educated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Any experience within customer service, call centres, travel and leisure or hotel reservations would be hugely beneficial.
- Any secondary European language would be a bonus.
