This graduate engineer role is all about providing specialist insight, technical expertise and carrying out complex modelling and simulation work across a range of exciting engineering industries.
You will gain exposure to a variety of exciting projects, perhaps working on the corrosion of an oil rig in your first project then moving on to fractures and crack growth in the aerospace field.
The work involves a range of computational modelling techniques, including zoning, meshing and analysis. You will also provide technical support to existing clients and carry out modelling consultancy projects. Eventually you will also be involved in delivering training courses on the practical application of their software and may occasionally undertake international travel as required.

Requirements:
- A strong academic background with a 2:1 level degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or related
- Excellent grades at A level (or equivalent)
- Technical understanding of basic software is ideal (CAE packages and programming languages)
- Strong team player, looking to expand your knowledge quickly
- Able to communicate effectively and confidently
- A driving license is necessary due to office location
