The Role: Digital Sales Executive
Looking to grow your career in digital sales and e-commerce? Want to work on one of the world’s most influential platforms? This could be the perfect next step.
You’ll play a key role in accelerating the performance of the Amazon UK account, managing a high-growth portfolio across multiple beloved brands.
You Will Be:
- Supporting the Amazon Account Manager UK in the day-to-day running of the account across all UK brands
- Managing and optimising the Amazon catalogue – ensuring titles, imagery, and content are SEO-optimised and retail-ready
- Taking ownership of brand visibility across the digital shelf
- Handling Vendor Central operations, from performance tracking to case resolution
- Collaborating cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams
- Creating and maintaining KPI reports using data from Vendor Central and internal sources
- Communicating proactively with internal and Amazon stakeholders to identify new opportunities and solve challenges
Working from their brand-new bustling office in St Albans, you will join a friendly, close-knit team within the account management team. Here, you will be pivotal to business success, you will work alongside the rest of the team to set up and manage the product catalogue, relationships, and product promotions etc.
What Do You Need?
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce within the FMCG sector (Amazon experience is a plus!)
- A proactive enthusiastic nature
- Commercial experience preferred, but not necessary
