Graduate Sales Support Executive

An opportunity for an organised team player who wants to get into the world of FMCG. Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be taking responsibility for the day-to-day administration of retail and food service accounts. As you build your skills you will be relied upon to provide expertise on products, contracts, stocks and supply chains. 

Responsibilities include:

• Weekly sales reports and analysis
• Managing contract balances and stock levels
• Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain and Ops to ensure viability of products and lead times
• Project Management of new product launches
• Regular retailer store visit for auditing
• Reporting on latest developments and trends within categories
• Supporting the sales team with commercial presentations

Whilst the plan would be for the successful candidate to be in position for a good 18-24 months, progression opportunities are available in the longer term, with recently promoted graduates moving into data insights and account management.

Profile

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Collaborative
• Proficient with MS including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in an office/administrative role
• Nice to have: experience with Oracle Netsuite
• No more than 45 minutes commute from Reigate
