EMCOR UK has an excellent opportunity for a bright, articulate graduate wishing to start a career in IT. Working in a vibrant team, you will assist in the delivery of a wide range of IT services and systems to our 3000+ employees based from our head office in West London. We will provide training and support to ensure that the successful candidate develops the necessary technical and professional skills.

Duties will include:

- End user support for our systems
- Management and support of our diverse hardware portfolio such as smart phones, laptops, netbooks, desktop pc's, printers and networking equipment.
- To provide training to users
- Administration duties, eg processing of user requests in the helpdesk system

To effectively fulfil the role the person must be a graduate or equivalent with excellent communication skills who is enthusiastic about a career in a full service IT Function. Some exposure to the use of IT in business would be an advantage.
