The Role:
The role is in the IT Service Desk. You will be responsible for handling the initial client contact via telephone, email, chat, or portal and providing technical/application support to BMS employees and their partners
The Team:
The IT Service Desk provides support in 5 languages for EMEA. We primarily provide specialist support for applications utilized by our Field, Commercial and R&D departments.
What Will You Learn?
You will learn how to identify and diagnose issues and provide solutions. You will be trained on IT General, Commercial, and Life Sciences applications. You will also learn about accountability, urgency and innovation.
What Do You Need To Apply?
Required: Fluent German and/or Italian speaker; multi-tasking, troubleshooting, inquisitive mindset and customer service experience are essential for this role; A BSc degree (no specification).
Preferential: Experience with MS Windows and MS Office Suite, ITIL Framework and ITSM.
