To Design and develop software and technical solutions to business requirements. Design, configure, document, code, test and implement appropriate solutions to customer requirements.

What you will be doing... (Role Duties and Responsibilities)
- Develop, maintain and test software products written using the Microsoft Technology Stack, predominantly Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server.
- Follow the Agile process to plan and organise hisher work within the team.
- Deliver all work products in accordance with product, project, company quality standards and work procedures as defined within the company's Business Management System.
- Maintain effective written and oral communication with colleagues and customers.
- Conduct himherself in a professional manner and in accordance with terms of employment and company Code of Conduct consequently supporting the Company with achieving its Mission Statement, vision and values.
The role may involve some customer facing, requirements gathering and presentations (e.g. prototype presentations).
What we are looking for... (Skills and Experience)
A degree in an engineering, scientific, computing or numerate discipline is required.
Some programming experience (in any language) is required.
The candidate must possess good team-working and communication skills.
The candidate must be able to perform customer facing functions (e.g. prototype presentations).
The following skills are desirable, but not essential:
- Microsoft Development tools, primarily C# or VB.NET
- Object Orientated Development
- SQL Server
