The role will take successful candidates to the heart of British retail
- New Graduate Research Executives at ABA will quickly have the chance to take on responsibility and help make a difference to some of the UK's most famous brands
- They will have an input at every stage of projects - from set-up and conduct of fieldwork to picking out the key messages from respondent feedback

- Ability to find pragmatic solutions to fast-changing situations
- Ability to approach challenges in a rational manner
- Can demonstrate a good feel for the retail sector - having a good common-sense understanding of what shoppers want
- Capacity to execute multiple tasks - prioritising effectively
- Can absorb large amounts of disparate information and then pick out the key stories
- Capacity to learn quickly and take on more responsibility
Specifics we look for in our graduates
- 2:1 or above in a business-related degree (including Marketing, Advertising) or Social Sciences degree (i.e. Psychology or Sociology) or a numerate degree discipline (i.e. Maths or Natural Sciences) plus strong A-Level grades
- Clear, logical thinking with strong analytical skills and the ability to write authoritatively
- A keen interest in retail brands and curiosity about why people shop the way they do
- A 'can do' attitude with the determination to produce great work and deliver on client needs
