Job Description:
As Help Desk Analyst you will answer and log support calls from end users. In addition you will assist in first line desktop troubleshooting and escalate calls to the appropriate 2nd line teams. You will also work with management to implement systems improvements.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of two years in a commercial IT support environment
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (all recent versions)
- A good understanding of other desktop and network based user applications
- Experience of structured support process and ticketing systems an advantage.
- Able to work within a team or autonomously when required
- Able to work in a highly process oriented and quality focused support environment
- Team orientated
- Calm and able to work under pressure in a busy commercial IT support environment
- A fast learner
