"I am the Category Head for a leading retailer with 170 staff across the UK. When I have needed to recruit for graduate level roles my HR team generally don't allow us to partner with an agency and ask us to use INDEED instead. When I posted the job I had 300 applicants but none who I could actually hire so I reached out to The GRB Group. Putting your trust in a recruitment partner usually takes time but the feedback we were getting from candidates was consistently high so it was never an issue. Emma treated all the candidates like VIPs throughout the process almost to the point of a parental role offering reassurance and a seamless experience for every single person.
