Speedo International Ltd. is a British/Australian manufacturer and distributor of swimwear and swim-related accessories. JOB PURPOSE:
To support building the Speedo brand at point of purchase, enabling the highest level of visibility in-store across all channels to ensure Speedo is the shoppers brand of choice. To collate all toolkit requests for field marketing activation, brief for production and manage distribution relevant teams OTIF (on time, in full)
DIMENSIONS:
- The role is 80% activation of production of toolkit OTIF
- Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager within the Global Retail Marketing Team
- Working with the Field Marketing Manager and Speedo Commercial Brand and Category Managers to deliver best in class execution at shelf
- To develop and build relationships with the external 3rd party Field Marketing Team and internal Commercial Brand and Category Managers
- To co-ordinate and facilitate the process of delivery of all field marketing toolkit requirements
- To collate all tool requirements by quarter for activation across each specified field marketing market (3 markets for 2014)
- To identify and source relevant print production houses as and when required (in addition to existing suppliers)
- To establish relationships with and brief relevant print production houses for delivery of required printed tools e.g. point of sale
- To use internal order systems for Speedo own tools e.g. hangers and store fixtures
- To ensure all relevant tools for activation in-store by third party teams are delivered on time, in full and to budget allocated
- To negotiate costs with external print production houses and monitor budget spend
- To support both Field Marketing Manager and Retail Marketing Team at both 3rd party and partner training sessions
- To assist the Retail Marketing Team with toolkit delivery for global roll-out of Brand Retail Standards

SPECIAL FEATURES:
There may be occasions when foreign travel is required with retail marketing team (approx. 2-3 times a year) to assist with training
