Their unique proposition to graduates is that they have a shared ownership business model and share options are available from day one.New recruits will initially partner up with their manager and the Head of Learning and Development, learning the A-Z of how to recruit, with in-house training workshops, coaching, sales training and a 'buddy system'. Your role will initially be 'candidate-focused' which means that you will be targeted on making placements into existing vacancies that have already been sourced. You will be targeted on making 10 placements. After three months you will join a 'promotion group' for six months where you will be performing all aspects of a full Recruitment Consultant role again with mentorship. After this period you should then be in a position to perform without constant attention.The basic salary starts at £23K and successful candidates also qualify for £5K of share options on starting out. Commission starts at £100 per placement and then moves up to a staggering 33% of revenue billed once you are a fully-fledged consultant. We have been advised that On Target Earnings should be £30K+ in year 1, £50-60K in year two and exceeding £100K in year three.Requirements:- At least a 2.2 degree from a respected university. Open on subject- Ideally post-graduate experience in sales. Will also consider other post-graduate experience in a targeted environment or those who have demonstrated working to targets throughout studies (not including academic deadlines)- Looking for grafters- Having already travelled is a bonus- Ability to persuade and influence- Resilience
