Based in central London this firm is rapidly growing and as a result are looking to add to with their workforce. They help their customers maximise their return on advertising investment amongst other things. They are a leading SaaS firm and provide reviews, recommendations and community solutions to their clients.
Are you a recent graduate or graduating soon and eager to start work soon after your finals (July time)? Do you have a genuine interest in Technology and how software helps businesses increase their profits and return on investment?
Based near Waterloo my client is eager to find someone at entry level to join their rapidly growing client services team to work as a Technical Account Executive. Your role will mostly be managing the company's clients and their experience with the software that the company produces. While this role isn't technical support or programming it will be expected that you will have an understating of how software works and how it can help increase business performance.
Your day to day duties will be varied and include answering queries over the phone, via email and face to face, suggesting improvements, providing industry knowledge and technically reviewing the solutions that have been implemented.
Requirements:
-A Science, Maths, or IT degree to a 2.1 level or over.
-Some level of customer services work experience or other commercial experience with a support focus.
-Linguistic ability - ideally French, Italian, Greek or German but any other European language will be considered.
-A good technical background with a working knowledge of SQL gained during your degree.
-Any understanding of Google Analytics would be an advantage as well as any other web technologies knowledge.
