A FinTech Start-Up based in the heart of London. They design and develop applications to allow investors to make better informed investment decisions
Joining the Client Services team you will work closely with Fund Management clients. The primary focus of this team is to get the clients up and running on the software. The role is a mixture of analysis, problem solving and client interaction so we are looking for individuals committed to delivering exemplary client service.
Tasks will include:
- Managing the client onboarding process
- Resolving issues and handling conflicts in client data
- Root cause analysis of re-ocurring problems
- Continual focus on streamlining the onboarding process, to improve scalability and efficiency
- Working closely with the development team to identify and resolve system issues and come up with enhancements to increase the efficiency in the current process
- Managing communication across teams as well as the clients
- Tracking client engagement and working with clients, account executives and developers to continually improve the platform offering
We are looking for candidates with strong numerical skills, who are passionate about data analysis, migration and manipulation. You should be a team player and high levels of attention to detail are essential.
In addition we require:
- To have achieved or be on course for a 2:1 or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Fluency in English
- A desire to deliver exceptional client service
- A flexible approach and a willingness to support others
- A demonstrable interest in both finance and technology
