GRB are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity in Account Management for a market leading organisation specialising in construction, providing products across the globe.
With an annual turnover in excess of £13 million, this company are looking for a talented graduate to hit the ground running in their head office.

Your main responsibilities within the role:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Building strong relationships with global clients
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Develop territory and account plans to optimise performance
- Identify and maximise opportunities to sell products
- Comfortable dealing with customers from different countries and cultures
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Present products to current and prospective clients
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Requirements:
- Passion for sales
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Competitive and ambitious
- Some understanding and or aptitude for technical issues
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Valid UK driving licence
