This company is a luxury department store based in Central London.
You will be required to provide actionable customer insight across all branches of the business. Reporting directly to the CRM Director, you will play a central role in influencing CRM and business strategies through quantitative data analysis. You will be working within a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with key stakeholders throughout the business and managing CRM analysts, motivating them and developing their skills so that they effectively contribute to the provision of analytics and insight.
For this role you will need:
- Strong professional experience analysing customer data with Excel and SQL
- Proven experience of effective leadership and management
- To be assertive and willing to challenge, and be challenged by colleagues at every level of the business
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Desired skills:
- Further technical experience with SAS, SPSS and Tableau
- Customer Analytics experience within the retail sector
