This business is the UK's largest home improvement company. They work across the entire of the UK and employ over 2500 people.

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a business that is at the top of their game, really making a difference in keeping them there. Our client is looking for high-calibre graduates with a real passion for business improvement to join them in a fully project-based role.
The projects you work on could be within any area of the business, from Operations to Sales to Purchasing, and will see you getting involved in real business tasks, having real responsibility from day 1. You will also be required to travel around the UK, visiting other offices and depots.
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Supporting the Business Directors in all business improvement activities
- Putting together project plans and monitoring their implementation
- Analysing relevant business data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assisting in the delivery of all process changes
- Reporting back on all projects to Managers, Directors and Board Members
You will get exposure to extremely high level people within the business, even meeting with the COO on a regular basis. This is a fantastic role, which could be an amazing first step in your business career.
This is an important high-level role, and they are looking for strong candidates who can really make a difference. It is vital that you are confident, driven and results-focussed, with a real passion for driving business forward through improving processes.
You must have:
- A 2:1 equivalent or above in your chosen degree subject
- A passion for business improvement
- Strong IT skills within Microsoft Office
- Solid UCAS points
- A full UK driving licence and EU passport
You will ideally have some work experience (gained either during study, or post-graduation) in areas such as business improvement, project management, supply chain, operations, or similar - although this is desirable, not essential.
