The company have a number of Trainee Recruiter positions available across their recruitment teams. Typically you will start out as a Resourcer and will progress through the business to a full Consultant role. The timing of this depends on a mixture of your own development and the needs of the team although is typically 6-12 months.
The role of a Resourcer is to support the Recruitment Consultants by sourcing and selecting the best candidates per vacancy and in the fastest time. You will be networking, gaining referrals and using jobs boards and LinkedIn, as well as having access to their huge database of candidates using the leading database software, Bullhorn. You will be responsible for creating and implementing adverts and selecting the best response as well as editing CV's to meet client expectations. You will be looking to promote your vacancies to the best candidates to generate enthusiasm and interest in the roles
The company offers a mature, consultative approach to recruitment and a nurturing environment for graduates to develop both personally and professionally, with a dedicated Talent Management team to ensure success and career longevity. Graduates receive training with both consultants and a client relationship manager, with a review after the first 6 months and yearly appraisals and personal development plans.
Basic salary is £20-22k with a 6 month review and competitive commission for Resourcers of £300 per placement, with a realistic OTE year 1 of £27-30k.
Requirements:
Graduates should have good academics, preferably a 2.1 from a respected university, but they must have real enthusiasm and drive, coupled with good knowledge of the company and the process of recruitment. Sales experience is desirable, as is an entrepreneurial mind-set and an interest in the finance and banking sector.
