Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, respond, assign, track and follow-up on product problems reported by internal or external clients.
- Support client?s application product during launch of new clients.
- Develop custom technical solutions to integrate the technology with the client?s application to get access to the data required for optimisation.
- Troubleshoot, analyse, replicate, regress and resolve complex field software problems escalated to Technical Services by the client or Account Managers.
- Reproduce technical issues and work with Engineers to resolve them, by either establishing a workaround or a solution.
- Interface with other technical support personnel, engineering and product management located around the world to escalate and resolve critical issues.
- Perform detailed regression testing based on established engineering procedures.
- Develop tools to help replicate and troubleshoot issues
- Assist in creating best practices guidelines
- Prioritise customer issues and company projects effectively, communicating priorities and plans to management.
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers by applying superb customer service and technical skills.
Essential Skills:
- BA degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) ? Alternative qualifications also accepted.
- Proven industry experience in a technical support or consulting role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases (MySQL or Oracle).
- Experience in programming languages (PerlPython)
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Researched, reproduced and lead support case resolution efforts for product and technical issues.
