Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Updating and managing knowledgebase
- Working closely with developers
- Point of contact for users and customers
- Identify, resolve or manage the resolution of system issues
- Manage escalation processes of issues to 3rd line and development
- Communicate regularly from all level keeping clients and management informed
- Gathering information to solve issues or problem or to escalate onto a specialist
- Resolve password, access to application, verification of hardware setup issues
- Be familiar working with automated system monitoring applications across large networks
- Own and track tickets within the SLA's
- Be part of a 247 365 shift rotation
Essential skills:
- 1-3yr(s) experience in a relevant position
- Demonstrate troubleshooting and excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of customer relations
- Good working knowledge of: UnixLinux, T-SQL, Network, HTTP Protocols, windows server
Desired Skills:
- JavaScriptJSONXML
- Knowledge of MongoDB
- Experience with Workflow Solutions
- Familiarity with graphics and video editing software
