Operational Research and Analytical Consultants

Our client is a global consultancy with offices based in central London and a broad client base of blue chip companies. Working within business analytics and modelling you will provide the expertise and structured thinking allowing you to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.

You will undertake a wide variety of challenging project work using modelling and analytically based techniques to solve business problems as part of a major business transformation or specialist pieces of work such as economic modelling, business case development, risk modelling, optimisation, simulation, systems dynamics and forecasting. You will be developing and using modelling tools to support strategic decision making.

To succeed you will need to have an excellent academic track record with a first degree in a numerate subject and ideally an MSc in an analytical subject such as Operational Research, Management Science, Statistics or Decision Science.

You will be have 2 years' experience working in an analytical environment including customer insight, business modelling, business intelligence, data analytics, operational research or decision science.

Ideally you should have experience within SAS or SPSS and of working in a blue chip organisation or consultancy; particular interest is retail, consumer products, utilities or financial services.

Candidates should be flexible to work in any location and have a good understanding of the consultancy lifestyle.
