What you’ll be doing:
Be a Strategic Collaborator – Work hand-in-hand with product teams, both in-house and external, to uncover and prioritise impactful opportunities to elevate the customer experience.
Test, Learn, Win – Champion A/B testing with precision, zeroing in on metrics that deliver real value.
Measure What Matters – Define key metrics and KPIs that tell the story of our digital journeys—and guide smarter decisions.
Make Data Beautiful – Design powerful dashboards that shine a spotlight on product performance, helping teams across the business pinpoint pain points and unlock improvement.
Tell the Story – Translate complex findings into compelling insights and recommendations, sharing your vision with leadership and stakeholders through clear, impactful communication.
Connect the Dots – Collaborate across departments to fuel a data-driven lifecycle strategy—from optimising acquisition channels to crafting retention campaigns and boosting cross-sell opportunities.
**The Sucessful Applicant**
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- Advanced data visualisation skills, ideally within Tableau, although others (PowerBI/Looker) will be considered
- A background in delivering commercially focused insights, drawn from data
- A focus on marketing analytics, customer analytics or finanace analytics would be valuable
