What type of things will I be working on?
During this 12-month industrial placement, beginning in September 2025, you will gain hands-on experience in website and content support, while also gaining a comprehensive understanding of the full Early Careers lifecycle. You will play an integral role in shaping and improving Renishaw’s programmes, with your contributions directly influencing their growth and success. Throughout the placement, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Manage and enhance Early Careers content on the company intranet and external website, improving design, usability, and user engagement.
- Create engaging content for social media and the Early Careers development curriculum.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to support Early Careers initiatives.
- Support all stages of the Early Careers lifecycle, from recruitment to programme completion, including peak recruitment periods and events.

Where will I be working?
This role is based out of one of our main sites near Wotton-under-Edge in Gloucestershire. As Renishaw sites are located in semi-rural areas, applicants must ensure they have reliable means of transport to reach the site, as public transportation options will be limited. Alternatively, applicants should be willing to relocate to the local area.
What do I need?
Training and development is excellent so candidates with no experience but a keen interest in Human Resources or Marketing will be strongly considered. If you are excited about the role but feel as though you don’t meet all the requirements, we would encourage you still to apply.
