Summer Internship -Enterprise Programme Management Department
The Internship programme is a 10-week programme starting in June 2025. The aim is that successful interns will be offered a permanent position on the 2026 Mizuho Graduate Programme (commencing September 2026).
Your salary is highly competitive, in line with salaries offered by other London Corporate Investment Banks.
What will I be doing?
The Enterprise Programme Management (EPM) team is responsible for the management and delivery of many cross-functional transformation projects. The scope of these projects vary from technological change to regulatory reporting.
As a change function, working in EPM will give you experience of different projects at varying stages of the change lifecycle, from initiation and the study phase to implementation and testing.
Activities you can be involved in include:
- Project scoping and initiation
- Setting up governance framework and RAID log
- Requirements elicitation
- Gap analysis
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Training/support planning
You will take on the role of a junior PMO within the team so will be required to support ongoing initiatives with project management and governance. There will be opportunities to get involved with the activities in the lifecycle of a live project and work with Project Managers, Business Analysts and various business stakeholders.

What skills and qualifications do I need?
Applicants to the Mizuho 2025 Intern Programme will be in their penultimate year of undergraduate study and be available for permanent employment from September 2026.
No specific academic background is required; we are open to applicants studying any subject at degree level.
