Our Programme:

This is a 3-year programme where you will be expected to contribute and have an impact from day one. In the first 2 years you will rotate around Digital & Technology departments developing knowledge, skills, and experience in key areas of the business including Automation & Robotics, Product Development, IT, Engineering and Operations whilst supported by a structured learning and development programme. During these 2 years, alongside relevant job-related training, and career support, you will decide an appropriate “pathway” and undertake a relevant qualification or training before you move to your final 1-year placement in that chosen field. In return, we require you to be eager to learn, keen to get ahead, confident in challenging the ‘norm’ and be willing to experience different aspects of the business.

What are we looking for from you?

• As a minimum, we require you to have a 2:2 or above in any graduate qualification or equivalent graduating in 2023 or within the last 5 years.
• The passion and aptitude to work in the Digital and Technology field.
• Full Driving Licence by September 2023
• Flexible approach to location (you will be expected to move around the UK for different placements)
• The drive and ambition to succeed in an exciting and challenging environment

Selection Process:

Our selection process is straight forward. You will be expected to complete an online assessment and if you meet all our entry criteria, a member of our People team will contact you to book a video interview (Don’t worry this will be with a real person!). If successful, you will be invited to our assessment centre. This will take place virtually on 15th March and 26th April. Save one these dates!
