This is a great opportunity to work cross-functionally and gain exposure to Sales, RevOps, MarOps, Product and engineering functions and establish yourself as a core member of our operations team.
What the job involves
- Work hard and smart to grips with our tech stack and data infrastructure.
- Help build, roll out, and maintain processes across our varied tech platforms to ensure our marketers are best equipped to hit their goals.
- Testing your initiative and developing leadership, time management, and organisational skills, in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Work alongside our thriving sales and marketing team to ensure our CRM (Salesforce) is optimized.
- Support our content team with our CMS ensuring best practice is followed across our many community brand sites.
- Collaborate with our education team and manage our LMS to help us build first-class course experiences for every single one of our students.
- Become a power user of our event website platforms, assisting our in house events team.
- Team up with content and marketing and help us build out and deliver on an awesome video marketing strategy that rakes in those YouTube views.
- Other Ad-hoc projects across our media, content services and membership programs.
Requirements
This might be the role for you if…
- You are a University student or recent graduate looking for a placement, or your first graduate role.
- You're an extraordinary teammate always willing to offer support and take on new challenges.
- You're tech-savvy - we use a lot of different apps and while we'll obviously onboard you on each, we're looking for a quick learner who can show us a thing or two.

We have offices in London this role will be hybrid with 2-3 days office based
