The opportunities for graduates and interns are as broad as the business with 14 varied programmes across customer facing, people strategy, customer & business management, business & technology management and finance management divisions.
How can your intern expect to spend their day?
You will join the business and technology department which is a key management area responsible for the consistent development of digital banking and IT business management.
Contrary to what you might assume, business and technology management internships are not about tech expertise. What we do is build on a passion for technology's rich potential to connect people and manage business better.

This internship most suits a recent graduate looking to develop commercial work experience within banking and or business and technology.
Desired skills, experience and personality:
- Educated to degree level.
- A passion for new technology and how it impacts on business would be beneficial.
- A good understanding of business and strategic vision.
- A mixture of creative and innovative thinkers whilst also having an analytical mindset.
- Comfortable working in teams and collaborative working environments.
- A creative and innovative thinker looking to express new ideas in a commercial environment.
- Technical knowledge would be advantageous.
- Degrees in business, IT or the sciences would be beneficial.
