The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to be part of an ambitious regeneration and development team and to help deliver one of the most exciting housing construction programmes in the country. We have a great track record with graduates who have progressed within the team following their training, so if you are looking for a career in Development and Regeneration, this is the role for you!
Successful candidates will play a key part in the delivery of our development pipeline, gaining experience in the whole development process from scheme conception to appraisal through the planning process and to
project management of the delivery of schemes, throughout construction.
This role will sit within the Business Development Team but will see the successful candidate complete a graduate training programme which covers all areas of Regeneration and Development.
Required Skills:
- Pro-active, motivated individuals with an ability to think on their feet and take on responsibility at an early stage
- A 2:1 or higher in any degree - RICS or RTPI accredited property related degree is preferred but not essential
- Relevant work experience (preferred)
- Sound understanding of the development process
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent written and verbal skills
