Our Graduate programme:
Our 2-year graduate programme involves 4 rotational periods to support understanding of all aspects of the business. Throughout this time you will receive support and training from a dedicated mentor. Alongside this, you will receive career coaching to help you along the business and personal development programme ensuring you are reaching your career goals.
The role will allow you to gain international exposure to give you a global business perspective and will support you to complete the IOC qualification (Investment Operation Certificate) helping you to understand the context in which we operate.
